Our customer Ansell is a world leader in safety and protective equipment with a wide range of applications in the industrial and medical sectors. The company has several entities in Europe and the Middle East amongst others, and a distribution centre in Belgium.
Remant Customs manages customs operations for the entire distribution centre, more specifically the management of customs transactions and documentation, as well as the day-to-day follow-up. We provide advisory services and contribute to customs compliance improvements. We support our customer with their outward process relief arrangements, leading to considerable import duty savings.
All declarations are processed and monitored directly in Ansell’s customs system using remote desktop connectivity. We produce monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reports and hold quarterly performance review meetings with the customer.
Remant Customs guarantees service continuity. We are a sounding board for our customer when it comes to any customs-related matter. We help our customer ensure compliance within a European and global context.
